PICKIT Terms of Use

PICKIT is operated by OINNG Inc. These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the PICKIT mobile app and related digital collectible services.

Use of PICKIT

You must use PICKIT only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms, app rules, and applicable policies. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity under your account.

Digital collectibles, coins, and transactions

PICKIT may provide digital collectibles, virtual coins, rewards, store features, trades, challenges, and related transactions. Virtual coins and digital goods are app features and are not redeemable for cash unless expressly required by law or stated by PICKIT.

User content and conduct

You are responsible for content you post or submit through PICKIT. Do not upload illegal, infringing, harmful, abusive, fraudulent, or unauthorized content, and do not attempt to interfere with the security or operation of the service.

Service changes

PICKIT may change, suspend, or discontinue features from time to time. We may also update these terms and will provide notice where required by applicable law.
